"I’m Joshua Dusek, a speaker and educator based in Utah and Arizona. I specialize in vision science and leadership, focusing on optimism, goal setting, and organizational psychology. Currently I’m a Doctor of Optometry Candidate with over six years of experience in speaking and teaching.”

Joshua Dusek is a speaker and educator located primarily in Utah and Arizona. With strengths in both keynote speaking and teaching, he aims to provide as much value as possible through his talks centered on the connection between vision science and leadership qualities such as optimism, goal setting, and organizational psychology. Since graduating with honors from the University of Arizona, he is continuing his educational and professional pursuits as a Doctor of Optometry Candidate at Rocky Mountain University in Provo, Utah.

Coordinated twelve large and small group lectures on graduate-level biostatistics and medical research methodology. Created problem sets and other study material to aid doctor of optometry students in exam preparation. Taught r studio and statistical programming to doctorate students for scientific research and business analysis. Debugged 200+ codes.

Oversaw administration of small business including legal responsibilities, bookkeeping, and day-to-day operations. Trained over 30 athletes in the 16 - 22 year age range including one KCAC and three NJCAA athletes.
