Mission Statement
TO DEVELOP VISION,
Vision is the process our eyes and brain work together to detect light and interpret it into images, allowing us to see. With roots in vision science, Dusek Vision refers to the physical, biological, and psychological components of vision pretty consistently. Vision also refers to the ability to think about or plan out the future. Dusek Vision aims to provide the education and coaching needed for anyone to accomplish whatever they put their mind to.
FAITH AND OPTIMISM,
Optimism references your internal state and perceptions. Do YOU believe you can be successful? Do YOU believe you can accomplish whatever you put your mind to? Faith relies on trusting something or someone external or outside yourself. Even without concrete proof it will work, you trust it will be ok in the end. We believe that vision is made up of both optimism and faith. Where some may see a grammatical error, Dusek Vision sees truth.
ON GOALS
A goal is an objective or target that someone is trying to reach or achieve. It is different from a dream in the sense that dreams are something you create in your mind that can take any shape or form. Dreams are great, but eventually we need you to wake up and get to work. All jokes aside, goals are specific, measurable, and actionable steps towards realizing those dreams. Dusek Vision works to provide individuals and organizations with the proper framework to get you closer and closer to achieving.
THROUGH EDUCATION AND COACHING.
Dusek Vision aims to consistently wear two hats: educator and coach. Whether it be books, talks, individual coaching, or whatever else, the goal is to educate and coach you. Although similar in nature, education refers to the acquisition of new knowledge and understanding, while coaching refers to developing existing skills and abilities in real-world settings.
