Keynote Speakers
Joshua Dusek
Dusek Vision Owner
With strengths in both keynote speaking and teaching, he aims to provide as much value as possible through his talks centered on the connection between vision science and leadership qualities. He is currently a Doctor of Optometry candidate at Rocky Mountain University in Provo, Utah. As the founder of Dusek Vision, he works to develop vision, faith and optimism, on goals through education and coaching.
Daniel Webb
Walt Disney Company
With several years of leadership positions throughout the Walt Disney Company, he brings valuable insight and experience to Dusek Vision. His formal education is in Accounting and Buisness Administration with an emphasis on Industrial & Organizational Psychology. The goal? Leave a positive change in the world through his work in entertainment and leadership.
Event Registration and Costs
The Optical Optimism Leadership Conference costs $45 per youth attendee and covers all program costs, processing fees, materials, and lunch.
Chaperones will not be charged for their attendance and will receive a lunch.
Registration payment for $45 per youth attendee must be submitted July 25th, 2025.
Event charges can be paid through the Dusek Vision online store.
Upon submission of the school’s registration pack, you will automatically be charged based on the number of youth attending the event.
