Joshua Dusek
Owner and CEO
Joshua Dusek built Dusek Vision on the mission statement “To develop vision, faith and optimism, on goals through education and coaching.” His formal education includes a Bachelor of Science with Honors from the University of Arizona and he is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Optometric Medicine. He aspires to use his experiences in education, research, and coaching to help individuals, organizations, and communities achieve.

Ryan Dusek
Content and Operations Consultant
Ryan Dusek currently holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Human Behavior from Northern Arizona University. With previous positions in teaching and coaching, he uses his strong writing and communication skills to help develop content such as talks, books, and other media. In addition to his work with Dusek Vision, he is preparing to enter into a Doctor of Occupational Therapy program in the future.

Daniel Webb
Content and Operations Consultant
Daniel Webb has the goal to leave a positive change in the world through his work in entertainment and leadership. With several years of leadership positions throughout the Walt Disney Company, he brings valuable insight and experience to Dusek Vision. His formal education is in Accounting and Buisness Administration with an emphasis on Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
